Scope of Work
The contractor, Mushtaq Ali Government Contractor Gilgit Baltistan, was responsible for the following comprehensive activities, covering the entire 1.0 MW installation:

Supply: Procurement and delivery of all necessary mechanical, electrical, and civil components (including Turbine-Generator sets) for the two 0.5 MW hydropower units.

Installation: Complete physical installation of the power generation equipment, control systems, and associated civil infrastructure at the site.

Commissioning: Detailed functional testing of all installed equipment and systems to ensure they operate according to design specifications and safety standards.

Test Running: A sustained period of operational performance testing to confirm the units’ reliability and stable output capacity prior to final handover.
